About Me
Since 2014 I have been working as a tutor. I have Master’s degree in Psychology.
In my current role as Learning Support Assistant (volunteer) at one of the primary schools in Leigh on Sea. I provide learning support for pupils in Reception. I help children to learn to read, write and count as well as help children to develop fine motor control and communication skills using variety of games and activities.
For the past ten years I have worked as a private tutor helping students with their homework, and exam preparation. I work with students of all levels including primary school, 11+, GCSE and A level. My work experience has given me an excellent understanding of how to establish a good relationship with students and their parents and how to interact and support students according to their individual needs.
I work with both small children and school/college students and have experience working with students suffering from dyslexia and ASD.
I have completed several courses on autism and dyslexia including Practical Solutions for Those Who Work With Dyslexic Students, Autism Awareness and Supporting Autistic Adults.
