My Experience

Having had 12 years experience of being a full time nanny in London and working for busy professionals, I have a wide range of knowledge and experience in this field. I am an effective communicator at all levels, focusing on building trust, in order to fully support the children's development. Within my roles over the years I have focused on the importance of being able to work independently and collaboratively, understanding the significance of creating a strong relationship between myself and my employer, therefore always making sure the children's needs are met.

I feel that I am able to motivate with my positive energy and exuberance. Creating a fun but educational home environment, in which children feel confident to follow their curiosity and learn about the world. I am a creative individual and love to spend time thinking of stimulating projects for the children, I have always been very organised and efficient when it comes to planning. Having worked with my current family since the children were babies, I hold excellent experience in caring for new borns right up through to primary school ages. I pride myself on my flexibility, adaptability and capacity to acquire new skills quickly.

As the children have grown older and both now attend full time education, I have needed to adapt the role and take on more responsibilities within the household. These have included things such as the general organisation of the home, children's weekly schedule/diary management, planning/organising parties, personal shopping/gift buying, liaising with the school, email management, booking events/clubs during school breaks and the planning/execution of family events and holidays.
