About Me
Hi, my name is Rachael
?I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder living on Cote Farm in Thackley BD10 area.
I am 38 years old and live with my husband Andrew, our daughter Maggie who is 19 months old, our cat Daphne and dog Roxy. At weekends we have Andrews two boys aged 11 and 13 that come to stay with us.
I have been childminding for over 3 years and love encouraging children of any age to learn and develop their own skills through play.
I have recently had my Ofsted report in which i have received a "Good" rating.
?I have an up to date Paediatric First Aid certificate which is due to be renewed in May 2022. I also hold a full clean driving license.
?Myself and Andrew both hold valid DBS checks. I have public liability insurance through Childcare.co.uk.
My Experience
I have been childminding since September 2017. Prior to this I worked in a private run children's nursery.

My daughter was with Rachael full time from the age of two until starting reception this year. Rachael provides a lovely caring and nurturing environment for the children she looks after, and Harriet has flourished with her, gaining in confidence and social and communication skills. Rachael provides a clear structure and routine, alongside lots of time for free play and creative activities, visits to clubs and groups, and outdoor trips.
I would highly recommend Rachael as a childcare provider.
