About Me
Hi, my name is Phoebe! I’m 27 and have recently returned to Worthing after travelling for 4 months. Before that, I worked as Deputy Manager and SENDCo at a local nursery. While early years is my main area of expertise, I have also had experience as an after school nanny where I cared for older children too.
I’m a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, and Early Years SENDCo. I’m fully DBS checked, and trained in paediatric first aid. I also have my own car and full driving licence, which means I can be flexible with school runs, trips out, or pickups if needed.
I’m a big animal lover (I have two energetic dogs myself!), and I enjoy being outdoors, getting creative, and planning engaging, playful experiences for children. I’m always happy to get stuck in, whether that means muddy adventures, craft sessions, or imaginative play.
I’m currently available Monday to Friday all day (with flexible timings – just ask), and I can also offer ad hoc weekend help with a bit of notice. I’m also available during school holidays.

My Experience
I’m an experienced childcare professional with over 10 years of working in Early Years, including as Deputy Manager and SENDCo at a local nursery. I’ve also worked as an after-school nanny—collecting children, supporting them at home, and taking them to clubs and out on adventures—as well as completing placements in local primary schools.
I hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and an additional Level 3 in Early Years Special Educational Needs. I have a strong understanding of child development and hands-on experience supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and speech and language needs.
Over the years, I’ve continued to build my skills through professional training, including courses such as Supporting Children’s Self-Regulation, Understanding Children’s Behaviour, and Children’s Mindfulness.
I’m DBS checked, a designated safeguarding lead, paediatric first aid trained, and I hold a full UK driving licence—making me reliable, safe, and flexible for families.
