About Me
Hi I'm Christina I am an Ofsted registered Childminder and qualified Nursery Nurse (NNEB- Diploma in Nursery Nursing )with lots of experience of working with babies and young children .
I have worked in Nurseries,Children's Centres, Play groups. I have worked as a bank support worker at the children's hospital,I worked for 8 years in a nursery primary School, I have been working as a homebased Nursery Nurse/childminder for the last 5 years . I have 3 grown up children and 5 grandchildren.From working in these roles I have gained lots of experience and training which I can use to provide a fun, child centred, nurturing safe and stimulating environment. for babies and young children to develop and learn. I enjoy providing lots of sensory experiences indoors and outdoors .Enjoy going out to parks,library and child centred groups .
We like to get messy and use the tactile experiences we have inside and outdoors as a way to have lots of fun and learn.

Registered as home based Nursery Nurse /Childminder (graded good by Ofsted )On the Early Years Register Birth to 5 years. As I have lots of training and experience in this age group and to keep numbers low

I am available Monday to Thursday 7.30am / 6.00 pm

- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
Child minding £5.50 hr includes Nurturing Child Centred Creative Care All nutritious meals and snacks and outings included in hourly rate.

We sent our son, Benji, to Christina when he was around 6 months old and he settled in straight away with no issues. He is now going on 19 months and he has come so far from the time he has spent with her. He comes home saying new words, singing songs and doing actions. He absolutely loves it with her and he always has a big smile on his face when he realises where we're going. Christina does something different with him every week so no two days are the same. He eats lovely, healthy food whilst in her care and I never worry that he's eating something bad. Christina is very kind and caring and we always know that Benji is in good hands when we drop him off. Benji is now transitioning to nursery and we can't thank Christina enough for setting him up for his big new adventure. I can't recommend her enough to anyone who is looking for a child minder!!

My daughter has been with Christina for two years and she has been nothing but amazing. I have never for one second worried or had any concerns about my daughter in Christina's care. She plans meticulously ways to keep children both happy and educated through open ended and guided play. She has a wide range of resources for both play and learning and she follows the early years curriculum and provides an excellent starting point for all babies and toddlers. My daughter started going to Christina when she was 14 weeks old and she has truly thrived in her care. Christina is both very loving, caring and accommodating of individual child's needs, as well as providing warm, but safe boundaries for them to explore and develop. It's truly a two-way partnership and if you're lucky enough to secure a place for your child with Christina, you will be exceptionally lucky! My daughter is now fully prepared for her next step into nursery, and she has had the best possible start to her education and play away from home. We will all miss seeing Christina smiling face every day!
The children are exceptionally well fed with nutritious and delicious meals and snacks and get to experience a wide variety of and settings. The premises are always absolutely immaculate, and Christina is excellent at ensuring the safety and well-being of every child in her care.

My daughter Scarlett has been with Christina since she was around 10 months old and is due to leave for pre-school now she is 3. I can honestly say I would recommend her (and have) to anyone. She has provided 5 star care while with her. She is very kind, calm and extremely knowledgeable about anything child and education related. Scarlett has learnt so much while there and is already ahead with her education as she moves to the next stage. My daughter absolutely loves Christina and talks about her like a family member we will be so sad to leave soon. I can’t thank Christina enough for the care she has provided.

My little boy Steevi has been looked after by Christina for the last 12 months he is nearly 2. Christina does an amazing job looking after Steevi. He loves going there 4 days per week. She has a lovely home, Steevi eats lovely varied food every day and he does lots of varied activities. He is never bored there ever. She is kind and caring and just a lovely woman who couldn't be more helpful. I could not recommend her more. 5 stars all round for everything.

Christina is a fantastic childminder, Rory has progressed alot since going to her. She always feeds back what he has been doing and ensures that education is at the root of everything she does with him.
Rory absolutely loves going to christina and its clear that she enjoys looking after and caring for the children in her care.
Her home is a lovely setting and she has lots of activities for the children and makes sure they get plenty of fresh air aswell.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Christina as a childminder.
