My Experience

In July 2022 I finished a long term placement with the same family. 0-5 years. I was a sole charge nanny who has worked with the same family despite relocation and covid having seen big changes occur but consistency is key to a child having stability and a loving and nurturing upbringing. Currently I am a part-time sole charge nanny for a little boy who has just turned 1, alongside working as a mentor in secondary schools for a local charity.

Prior to being a nanny I primarily worked with teenagers however I also have experience of working with newborns and running parenting programmes with young parents. I am educated to degree level. I am passionate about babies and children experiencing a positive and nurturing upbringing to acheive secure attachments and a confident start in life. This includes lots of play, learning and relationship building through activities both inside and outside of the home.

• Nannying from £16.00 per hour (net)

Rates to be discussed when full job description given (from £16 p/h net - if children awake and from £12 p/h if children asleep)
