Unprofessional
My kids went for a week. On the last morning i waited outside ringing both bells for 20 minutes, my children were booked in for the time that i got there because i have to catch a bus to work. I called the manager debbie and she said that she wasnt on site and that someone should be there. i saw another member of staff walking across the car park and i asked if i could leave them to go in with her which she agreed. When i went to pick my kids up i was talking to debbie about that morning and she acted as if i hadnt rang her and accused me of lying infront of my children so my daughter told her that we actually were waiting for that long. She was very rude talking to me as if i was stupid and said that i would still have to pay for standing outside and that her staff arent expected to stand at the door waiting for us. As i was leaving she changed her tone and was trying to get me to book in for the following week but i said no. She also tried to charge me for the times that my kids spent at their schools after school club

Yes this family did use KaiDrums for a week. never arrived on time and the day in question, Staff member was available but unfortunately had not heard the bell. I answered the woman's tel call and responded by calling the nursery to alert the staff. Apology was given. .Mother didn't want to pay for 10 mins she had been waiting however was very happy to be late to collect her children at the end of most days for which she was not charged.
At no point was i rude and i fully understand your complaint. Same staff member waited an hour for same family to arrive just two days previously!
This was an unfortunate occasion but i dont feel this family intended to stay having returned to the provision she had just left having accused them of racism.
