About Me
Hi my name is Jackie I am a registered childminder and live in lakeside with my husband, I have two grown up children of my own who now live independently. My home is warm and friendly and I offer a home from home setting for a small group of children in my care.
My Experience
I have many years experience in childcare I first became registered with the local authority in 1994 which was then transfered to the CIW in 2000 and have been registered with them since. I have completed NVQ level 3 in childcare. I have cared for babies through to 12 year old boys and girls full time. I have DCB clearance, firsrt aid and food & hygiene certificates and attend all regulatory courses to comply with the (CIW) which are updated as necessary.
My Qualifications
NVQ 3 in childcare, First aid trained & updated every 3 years, child protection courses taken, food & hygiene & DCB checked I am also fully insured. All certificates are available for viewing
My Availability
I offer a flexable service from early morning until eveing depending on parents needs, I can also babysit if required. I have a full driving licence & my own car so I can drop & collect children to & from schols & nurserys within an approximate 2 mile radious, Heath, Llanishen, Rhydepenau, pentwyn, Roath & Penylan areas included.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £5.00 per hour
- Childminding from £4.00 per hour
My fees are negotiable depending on various hours required, on average £40 for a full day 8am-6pm or £25 for a half day, extra hours available.

- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Lakeside Primary School
