About Me
I am mother of two (aged 8 and 5) and a qualified teacher (QTS).
If you were to ask anyone to describe me in 3 words it will be: Patient, Caring and committed.
The aim for the lessons provided by me are to set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge children.
During my 10 years + of teaching, I’ve been fortunate enough to have met so many wonderful children that have made an impact on me and have had the privilege to form fantastic relationships with both them and their parents/carers.
I have a passion for educating children and I firmly believe that every child should be encouraged to reach their full potential despite any barriers to their learning they may face. I strive to make a difference in the lives of children and promote a love of learning.
I believe in celebrating success and learning from failure. Allowing children to explore their learning without criticism or fear of failure.
I offer a bespoke curriculum, using a range of specialist teaching.
My Experience
I am a fully qualified teacher with an up to date CBR check I am kind, patient and work to meet the child’s needs with a bespoke programme of support.
I have worked in schools as a teacher for the last 11 years and taught children from the ages of 3-8
I have also worked with pre school children and helped prepare them for school.
I have delivered Handwriting, Maths & Literacy booster sessions, Science clubs, Reading, Reading comprehension interventions, SATS preparation, Phonics and much more.
