About Me
I have been childminding since 2016. Myself and my husband run a fantastic facility and are based off green lane Acklam. And we cater for the following local schools, Green lane, St Edwards, Whinney Banks and Acklam Whin. We have a son age 14 Casper, and a very friendly 18 month old cockapoo Cookie. We offer a large and spacious indoor and outdoor area for children of all ages to enjoy. We provide a highly stimulating learning environment (quoted by Ofsted). We have an amazing set up which meets every child's individual needs. We strive to provide outstanding care and support for all of our children and their families. We recently had the back garden area renovated. It is in 3 sections with an area for under 5s an area for 5 years onwards and also a fully roofed outdoor play area. So no matter the weather we can still enjoy the outdoors. We have a full size pool table, table tennis table and basket ball double net for the older children. And we have plenty of educational and messy play areas outside ( changes with the seasons.) And we also enjoy taking our learning outdoors. We offer the 15 hours for 2 year olds funding and the 30 hours for 3 and 4 year olds. We are one big happy family with children ranging from all different ages. We provide a home from home based environment for the children and take great pleasure in helping them grow from a tiny caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly ready to spread their wings and fly on to their next chapter in life, getting them ready for primary school. 9 out of 10 families we have had their children from being babies and they have stayed with us right till they start reception. Each and every one have been more than ready. Well rounded in all 7 areas of the EYFS. We focus on their individual abilities and look forward to seeing their progress and journey from start to finish

I am Ofsted registered and I have level 3 cashe in childcare. I also have qualifications in the EYFS and safeguarding. Health and safety and food hygiene. Henry, Both myself and husband have paediatric first aid qualifications.
