About Me
I am offering flexible childcare in a happy, nurturing home from home setting where I can help your child develop & learn through fun & creativity.
I live at home with my husband and our three children. I am an active person who promotes fun at home and outdoors. I like to make the most of the local community and plan lots of trips to local attractions such as parks, Burbage Common and Woods and indoor play centres.
I can offer a range of activities including musical play, arts & crafts & sensory play. I also have a large garden which is full of activities.
I complete school runs to Burbage Infant and Junior school and Sketchley Hill Burbage. Also have holiday spaces available for over 4yrs.

Kate and her family are the loveliest people you will ever meet.
Kate looked after our boys for about 2 years and whilst they were with her, they really came out of their shells and gained a lot of confidence. The activities are amazing - drama club, lots of arts and crafts, day trips, playgroups... the list goes on! If the boys didn't attend Kate's then they wouldn't have done half of these things. It's not just play - the boys have learnt how to write, start reading, etc all whilst having fun and they looked forward to going every morning and sometimes didn't want to come home. The boys made some really good friends whilst there.
The boys never had any complaints about anything and looked forward to playing at Kate's. They were always fed very well - they tried a lot of things that they wouldn't eat at home.
Kate is amazing and really flexible, understanding and goes above and beyond to help others. She really was/is our knight in shining armour and we are so grateful for everything that she has done for us and our boys.
We really could not recommend Kate enough and it's hard to put it all in writing but she is amazing!

Your boys were a pleasure to have and they made me laugh and smile daily. You have a great family and made me love my job.
They will be missed by all but a true friendship made so will keep in touch.
Best of look at school boys, try hard and be yourselves.
