About Me
My name is Nadia I have been an OFSTED registered childminder for 22 years. I have completed Cache level 3 diploma for the children & young people's workforce. I also completed recently a credited course for the Role of SENCO. My setting is a 3 bedroom house that I share with my husband and my youngest son aged 18, both are DBS checked. I was graded OUTSTANDING in all areas by OFSTED in my recent inspection. I am situated in the cricket green area, close to Mitcham junction, Cranmer primary school and local transport networks tram/bus/train. I offer a loving, caring, fun and safe environment. I offer a wide range activities and outings. Children have access to a large conservatory/ playroom with a good range of resources to support them in developing and learning. I have a quiet room for sleeping. There's a spacious garden which has a variety outdoor equipment such as a swing and a slide etc.... I often take the children to the playgroups, soft play, farm and many attractions.. I have no pets.
My Experience
I've been a Childminder for 22 years. I've looked after many children who came from different backgrounds and cultures.
I maintain good relationships with the children and their parents and stay in contact with them after leaving my setting.
some of the children that are still in touch they come for visits and its a pleasure to see them again. They always say "I wish I was little again to come to your house every day).
I was a lead childminder for a childminder playgroup that was based at Cranmer school.
At the moment I am a lead childminder for a childminder playgroup at Church Road children center.

My Availability
I'm available Monday - Friday 8 am to 6 pm. I'm flexible to start earlier than 8 am.
I do pick ups from Cranmer primary school & St peter and Paul primary school.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
My fees are:
- £65 a day ( including Breakfast,snack, lunch, afternoon snack & outings)
- £22.50 a session for after school including big snack (pasta salad, beans on toast, omelette... all snacks include fruits & veg)
- Discount available for siblings
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Cranmer Primary School
- I provide pick ups at St Peter and Paul Catholic Primary School

Nadia has been looking after my daughter for almost two years now. And my daughter would rather stay with Nadia than attend school. She makes all the children feel at home and welcome.
I have maintained a lovely friendship with Nadia. At the beginning I was very worried leaving my child either a childminder but after finding Nadia I have never looked back. An amazing woman with a passion for what she does.

My daughter was extremely comfortable and happy from the moment we met Nadia, to the extent that she cried as we left. That was a good sign for us and from that moment, we knew that Nadia would be the person to take her to nursery and pick her up.
Nadia helped our daughter try new foods, learn and develop further. She always has time for the children and my daughter absolutely adores her. Her family are also lovely.
The environment is warm, clean and secure. It will be extremely hard for us to ever try a new childminder if necessary in the future, because Nadia is a wonderful childminder, genuine and sincere, where we felt at peace when our daughter was in her care!

Nadia looked after 2 of my children for 2 years, they were aged 2 and 3 when they first went there. From the outset they were treated like members of the family and quickly built relationships with Nadia, her husband and sons. Nadia's home is lovely and there are great provisions for the children. She is a fantastic cook and they ate great well balanced meals, my son still talks about her 'yellow rice'. Nadia took my children to various play groups and activities and kept me well informed of their development and her assessments/observations of them.
If I ever return to work I will be coming to Nadia first to see if she has spaces free she is an excellent childminder.
