My Requirements
Someone to pick the boys up after school (the youngest two). My eldest gets a taxi home and is very independent he will make his own meals and spend most of his time in his bedroom.
Complete their reading with them, make sure they eat their food and tidy behind them.
If I need evening/overnight help then to ensure they complete their night time routine and settle in bed.
I may have opportunities where I have to go away for a short break to promote my business if the nanny could accommodate that, that would be great.
