About Me
I'm Reliable, trustworthy, responsible fun but fair. Do you need childcare through the holidays? Sick days? Emergency short-notice childcare? Babysitting? Or during school time? I have a clear Dbs check, safeguarding, first aid & food safety. I have been a nanny for the last 9 years and now I've registered as a childminder,
I feel it is important to encourage a child's development, full of positive attention and support their basic needs. Encourage children to have age appropriate-independence with self-feeding and getting coats and shoes on and off by themselves, really gives them a sense of pride and self-awareness,
I feel taking children to soft play areas, children's centres, playgroups, libraries, day trips to the beach and even having a walk around the local shops helps a child's social skills and helps their general understanding. Happy to answer any questions.
My Experience
Over 19 years of professional childcare experience, Ofsted registered, I have worked with children aged from newborn to 16 years, also have 3 children of my own, I will provide lunchs and dinners included in the price but if I take your child to any playgroups, soft play, to the shops or parks in good weather then I might ask for a small fee to cover the expense, I drive an 8-seater car with a clean licence and business insurance.

Dbs on the update system, Safeguarding, paediatric first aid, EYFS knowledge, nvq 2 childcare, Food safety, full driving licence, registered childminder with ofsted ,
My Availability
I look after early years children. I do school runs, 8.15 drop off to Longfield academy and 3.20pm pick up.
I have availability from 2pm every weekday, and full days Monday and Friday from 8am.

- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
£6 ph, per child
£10 ph per child for saturdays, Sunday's and bank holidays .
£10 ph per child after 7pm

Jennie has had my twins since they were 1, and they are now 9. and now has my 4 year old, too. I couldn't have asked for a better childminder. she has taught my children so much and helped them become better little humans! she takes them out regularly in the holidays on fun and educational days out. she is very helpful and always has the children's best interests at heart. my twins also have different behavioural/learning difficulties, and Jennie is amazing at dealing with the different challenges that they face daily. I feel so lucky that my children have had someone to care for them the way jennie has.

I used Jenny for my two children ages 5&7. They adored her and she really welcomed them in. As working as a nurse I had early shift times Jenny used to arrive at my house at 6.30am do breakfast,teeth and school runs. She was always so approachable and went out of her way to help when possible. She was very reliable and not once did she ever call in sick or couldn’t come. I would recommend her over and over again and if I needed childcare again I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Jen- she’s great x
