Excellent Childminder

I was very nervous about putting my little one into childcare, especially because of his severe allergies. But I am incredibly grateful to Sabahete. From the very beginning, she was not only professional but also kind and reassuring. She took the time to walk us through every step of the process, making sure we felt informed and comfortable from day one.

She was so patient during the settling-in period, and to my surprise, my son adjusted quickly. He absolutely adored her. What truly touched me was how careful and attentive she was with his allergies she made sure everything was safe for him. She also kept me updated regularly, sending pictures and letting me know he was doing well, which gave me so much peace of mind.

My son genuinely enjoys his time at her home. Every time I asked him if he wanted to go to Sabahete’s house, he’d get excited and rush to the door. That joy and comfort means the world to me as a parent.

This experience has been wonderful, and I’m so happy I made the decision to trust her with his care. She is professional, kind, and truly amazing with children. I can’t thank her enough.

Great tour and explanations provided

Amazing childminer

Little Hearts is the place where my 5y old son is so happy. Plenty of toys, clean and tidy house. Sabahete is brilliant. The service is excellent. Highly recommend.

Excellent childminder

I had been really fortunate to find Saba. My first week experience after sending my daughter and son had been such a delight. Both my kids after their first day there, wanted to go there everyday. Saba has a wonderful connection with kids. She taught my daughter how to play chess and practiced reading with my younger son. She has even gone out of her way to get their favorite sandwich. I find Saba to be a blessing to any parent seeking a childminder for their precious ones. Happy for any parents to reach out to me personally to seek more information if required.

Urgent Warning to Parents:Neglect and Mistreatment

It is with great urgency and concern that I feel compelled to bring to your attention the deeply alarming and unacceptable conduct of this childminder in providing care for young children. As a parent who has experienced the distressing consequences of entrusting my children to this individual, I must share my experience to safeguard the welfare of other families.

I engaged her to care for my children, and with the belief that they would receive competent and compassionate care. Regrettably, the reality has been shockingly different. The experiences my children endured under supervision have been characterized by neglect, mistreatment, and a complete lack of professionalism.

Miraculously, I was able to bring my children out from care without hesitation after fearing for their safety and immediate welfare. It has become evidently clear that my children were at great risk of harm under her supervision, prompting my immediate action to discontinue her services. The recent incident where my daughter sustained a serious injury under her watchful eye further reinforced my fear and loss of trust in her ability to provide a safe environment for children.

Ignoring parental instructions and responding with anger is completely appalling and is a clear indication of here lack of respect for parental authority and the well-being of the children in her care. The well-being of our children should never be jeopardized, and it is indisputable that she has demonstrated a blatant disregard for the instructions and concerns of parents.

Furthermore, I implore other parents to exercise caution and consider the repeated disregard for basic childcare standards that she has exhibited. It is a warning to all parents seeking reliable childcare services. The safety and well-being of our children should never be compromised, and I cannot emphasize strongly enough the imperative need for a reassessment of her capability to provide a nurturing and safe environment for young ones.

In light of these deeply concerning experiences, I have also initiated the process of filing a formal complaint with the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills (Ofsted). It is imperative that regulatory authorities are made aware of her conduct and that appropriate measures are taken to prevent her from providing care for vulnerable children in the future.

In conclusion, I urge you to consider this feedback as a warning to other parents seeking childcare services. It is my sincere hope that by sharing my experience, I can prevent other families from falling victim to the distress and harm that my children endured under her care. The well-being of our children is paramount, and it is crucial that we remain vigilant in ensuring their safety and welfare.

I understand that you are very upset that I couldn't take your children when you requested. unfortunately, through the half term, I was fully booked and just didn't have the space. I was not able to change our agreed dates in such short notice.

please note that making false statements is not nice. it can do you more harm than good. you might think you have fooled everyone on this site. but God forbidd something like what you have accused me of actually happens to your children.

I will share the tale with you about the boy who cried walf one too many times .(The tale concerns a shepherd boy who repeatedly fools villagers into thinking a wolf is attacking his town's flock. When an actual wolf appears and the boy calls for help, the villagers believe that it is another false alarm, and the sheep are eaten by the wolf.)

Little Hearts childminders are amazing.
Sabahete and her assistant managed to take my son last minute for an emergency child care.
Very responsible price, easy going and friendly.
The house is very well organised and safe for the kids to play in.
My son loved it there.
Very good in communication and updates.
In two days I received so many pictures of the activity’s he’s been doing, food he was eating.
Will definitely take him back there.
