My Experience
Have been a registered childminder since 2009, a mum since my first child was born in 2003, second in 2007, I have had 5 inspections with the Care Inspectorate and all have assessed me at Grade 5 (Very Good). I provide a happy, stimulating, safe and secure environment in which I hope your child will thrive. I go to lots of child friendly toddler groups. member of Linlithgow Childminding Group. Children enjoy a variety of activities whilst in my care, painting, craft projects, walking, going to parks and learning successful play with others. I take children to and from local playgroups, nursery and schools. Part time, full time and ad hoc times available to suit. Approved funded provider for West Lothian Council for 1140hrs funded childcare places. Please contact me for current vacancies or any further information.
My Qualifications
As a current member of the Scottish Childminders Association I have completed training in the following areas; Food Hygeine, First Aid, Child Protection, GIRFEC and have completed the SVQ3 Social Services and Young People (level 7) award via West Lothian College in 2017. I have also been approved by West Lothian Council to deliver funded ELC provision.
