About Me
My name is Jane I'm a Ofsted registered childminder, I was last inspected in 2023 and got over all good.
I'm a mother of four... Michael 35 who lives away from home, Nathan 30 who also lives away from home, Lucy 26 and mum to 2 little girls and 1 boy, she is also my assistant, she is first aid trained and has her dBs, and done safeguarding and Jack 17,he is first aid trained and is DBs checked. we have 3 cats, and 2 dogs named Bruno and Otto, both are very good with children they go with dog walkers 3 x a week.
I also have two other assistants who both work on a part time basis both are first aid trained and dBs checked, both have their own children.
I live close to Upton priory and fallibroome schools which all my children have gone to. I have my own car which has age appropriate car seats in, i like to take the children out and about, we go to tots groups, parks, farms and more.
i have a fully equipped playroom, which has lots of toys in and an enclosed garden.
We do lots of activities such as painting and sticking, we also go out to local groups, spend time with other childminders.
we follow the eyfs framework.
we also offer the FEEE starting at 9months
My Experience
I have been childminding since 2003 when my daughter was at nursery i have had lots of children come through my setting, we have helped them grow into independent children and help them prepare for new beginnings i.e. school.
we have experience with different diets, and have first aid training
I have experience of working with babies, pre-school and school age children.
