Experienced and Loving Nanny Wanted – Winstone, GL7

We are a warm and welcoming family with four children (three of whom are at school) and are looking for a kind, caring, and proactive nanny to join us. Our ideal nanny is hands-on, organised, and able to create a fun, structured, and nurturing environment for our children.

We are ideally looking for 4-5 days per week, however, we can be flexible regarding full-time or part-time hours depending on what works best for the right person.

I am a hands-on mum and do most of the school drop-offs and pick-ups. Ideally we are looking for someone comfortable with moments of sole charge and moments of a collaborative approach with me.

We live in a lovely and organised family home with lots of outdoor space.

About the Role:
• Supporting our family with daily routines, ensuring a smooth and happy home environment.
• Engaging the children in creative, fun, and educational activities.
• Preparing healthy, home-cooked meals.
• Helping to maintain structure and routine, while fostering independence.
• Assisting with nursery duties (e.g., tidying up after meals and activities, organising children’s belongings).

About You:
• Warm, thoughtful, and patient.
• Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Organised and able to bring structure whilst being flexible when needed.
• A confident cook who enjoys preparing nutritious meals.
• Experience with young children and able to create engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
• DBS checked, with excellent references.
• Paediatric First Aid certificate
• Experienced driver with a clean driver's licence
