About Me

RATED OFSTED GOOD August 2017 & April 2023. I have been childminding for 10 years.

I am a professional Ofsted registered Childminder. I am located in Hempshill vale, just off junction 26 of the m1 & in close proximity to the A610. I live with my partner and 2 children, 14 and 12 years old. I also have a dog called Bella whom we have owned since she was a puppy.

I offer a warm nurturing and friendly environment. I appreciate the importance of selecting the perfect childcare for your child. I offer a home from home setting whilst still offering the children a wide range (and forever growing!) of toys and resources. I welcome any parents who may want to come and have an informal chat in my setting before they make probably one of the most important decisions regarding their children.

I am available for drop offs and collections from Hempshill Hall primary school.

I attend local play groups, farms, parks, library sessions and play centres along with a wide range of my own resources. I have a secure rear garden which children have access to on a daily basis.

I follow the Early years foundation stage and provide each of my family's a summary of what to expect and when.

I have on-going relationships with other local childminders and the children in our settings often socialise together during any playgroups etc.

I have my own car, for which I have business insurance.

Fruit, milk and water will always be available to children in my setting. I ask parents to provide healthy and nutritional packed lunches.

My core hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5.30pm. Flexible hours available. Currently no spaces available on Fridays.

I am able to provide the 9 month- 4 year old funding via the government scheme. 15 hours & 30 hours.

I am accepting childcare vouchers, the tax free childcare schemes and can issue receipts for universal credit childcare help.
