About Me
I am a recent University graduate doing my masters in London. I have quite a lot of free time at the moment, hence why I am looking for nanny/babysitting jobs, as I enjoy working and spending time with children. I miss it quite a lot, to be fair!
I am originally from Finland, and I speak three languages Finnish, Swedish and English.
I am a caring, responsible, and bubbly person and whenever I am with children, we are having super fun! I enjoy cooking, and my absolute favourite time has been baking with the children I look after.
Also, as a trilingual person and having graduated from a foreign University, I appreciate the education. I would enjoy playing educational games with your children and even teaching them some Finnish/Swedish! ;) I am also a previous gymnast, so stretching lessons are guaranteed.
My Experience
I have experience working as an Au Pair back in 2016 when I moved to London to work for a family. My primary responsibility was twin girls aged 6; however, I responded to all four children when parents were away, two boys aged 14 and 11. In addition, I collected girls from the school (by bus), prepared meals, played and did homework.
I have completed a course in Finland that qualified me to work as a nanny for local families. In addition, I worked as a children's birthday party host and as a dog sitter back when I was completing my previous studies in Finland. So if you need a children's party host or someone to take the dog for a walk, I am your girl! I did this for over two years, so I have loads of experience with children aged three and over.
Additionally, I have lived on my own since I was 17, so I am very good with housekeeping tasks and love to cook fresh and healthy meals :)
My Qualifications
- A previous Au Pair, 2016.
- Nanny qualification (included first aid training), 2015.
- Worked as a children's birthday party host for over 2 years, and as a dog-sitter, (2013-2016).
