My Summary
About Me
It is my aim and objective to provide a high quality of Childcare in my local area, which will
include a broad range of activities, both inside and outside in order to meet curriculums and learning
objectives for all ages of children that will come into my care.
-These aims and objectives will be met in a safe, warm happy environment, where each child is cared
for in the same way as the child’s parental home.
-The child’s environment will be kept fun, interesting and stimulating to encourage development
daily.
-Play and social interaction will be encouraged throughout the child’s time in my care environment.
This will be a key factor in my everyday care plans for each child
-The children in my daily care will all be at different stages of development and these will all be
continued, with each child catered for each stage they are at.
-The child’s parents will be daily kept up to date with all daily activities and feedback will always be
readily available for them.
-My core working hours will be 7am until 7pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cater for parents
working hours, and in cases of emergencies, I am able to cater for this also.
-I will be appropriately registered with the Scottish Childminding Association (SCMA) and Care
Inspectorate.
My Experience
I am a mum, my own children are 5 years old 2 years old and 6 months old. I have grown up with always having children around me. Five years childminding experience.
