Hi i am an Ofsted Registered Childminder,with my last inspection November 2024 was graded GOOD. I live with my husband of 25 years and we have 3 boys aged 16 14 and 9.We also have 2 kings charles cavaliers called Bella and Chewie who both adore children.
My ethos is a home from home environment so while following ofsted guidelines and eyfs my main priority is the children's well being and happiness
My Experience
I set up as a minder in 2007 and have not looked back. For 18 years now, i have looked after children from birth up to 13 years. i have looked after a wide variety of children over the years some with special needs and others from different cultural backgrounds. I do my up most to respect and include every child within my setting regardless. this may happened by learning and teaching the other children and sometimes myself about religious or cultural differences and by working with parents of SEN children to ensure their needs are fully met.
My Qualifications
I have a NVQ level 2 in childcare
NVQ level 3 in Care
NVQ level 2 in Catering
Diploma in homebased childcare
Safeguarding Children
Pedriactic first aid
Food hygiene
Behaviour Management
Autism awareness
Early years SENCO

My opening Hours are 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday
