About Me
I’m close to Asda oldbury although I have a Rowley postcode for some reason, Open from 6.30 am to 5.30 pm , Hi I’m Tracey , I love my family and I love children.
I offer home from home childcare I love my job and I love children so doing this job comes naturally, I will keep you informed of your little ones day and I am happy to give you extra reassurance during the first few days of leaving them as I know it’s hard for you to leave them .I have over 14. years experience as a childminder and I've been rated Good from Ofsted consecutively I’m 51 and i live with 2 of my 4 children (girls)who's ages are 31, 28, 22 and 17 and I’m also a nan to two .
I have plenty of experience with my own children who are all happy friendly girls , I am very patient and understanding , I'll work with you to make your child's days with me positive happy and a fun filled experience. I go to at least two playgroups a week and im practically always out visiting ball pits different parks and library's
I have a well equipped safe garden with a sand pit, water table , playhouse, slide, bikes , ride on fire engine plenty to play with .
I offer toast and fruit , water/juice as snacks . I enjoy reading with children and love watching them explore their creative side with painting , puzzles craft singing and dancing I have a good variety of toys and books and a most of downstairs is used for child minding .
I've been childminding since jan 2010 and I have a full clean driving licence so your child will travel in my 7 seater car ,I work from 8 am to 5 .30 pm and I live by junction 2 of the m5 so close to motorway links . House and toys are cleaned daily x
My Experience
I would firstly like to say that I became a childminder because I wanted to be at home for my children I was also very anxious to leave them and one of my daughters had separation anxiety I would of also carried on having babies but four was expensive enough ha I just love looking after children and babies I think it is what I was born to do .
As i have already mentioned having four children has given me alot of experiance with caring for children I have experience with different skin conditions and special dietary needs for example lactose intolerance also separation anxiety which I know can be upsetting for parents as well as children .I have also worked in a school as a teachers assistant and i have also been a dinner lady , and worked in catering .references are available from my childmined children's parents .I have really good relationships with parents which I think is key to working together to give the best care for children in my setting .
My Qualifications
dipolma in home based childcare ,first aid certificate, safe guarding young children , .food hygiene and safety,sen ( special educational needs) dbs checked , a member of pacey , member of the child network ,I work closely with my child network co-ordinator and attend evening meetings .full public liability insured on my premises and business insurance on car .

Tracey is a wonderful childminder, my son Jenson settled within just a couple of days and she has always gone above and beyond to take care of him, she will regularly send pictures and videos of Jenson and hes always happy which makes me as a parent feel extremely conformable, he has always enjoyed going and one of his first words was actually Tracey..!!
She is a nice and genuine person, and I have never worried about leaving Jenson, I will be eternally grateful to her. I really cannot recommend her enough.

Tracey is an absolute diamond childminder. My daughter was very clingy to me and a difficult eater. Since being with Tracey she has transitioned into a very social delightful child and her eating has improved immensely. This is all due to the care and attention Tracey has dedicated to her and all the children in her care. My daughter has a wonderful time with Tracey and has had many different experiences with the plethora of day trips Tracey plans. She also does a brilliant choice of arts and crafts when the children are inside. With plenty of outside activities. It was very difficult leaving my daughter at 9 months to go back to fulltime work and Tracey ensured the process was easy not only for my daughter but for me as well. She is a very caring CM and definitely goes above and beyond. I can’t recommend her enough

Tracey is an amazing childminder, she has been just what my little one needed. The transition from being with me to being with Tracey practically full time was a smooth one. I am so happy that my daughter has a good time there. It makes my day much easier.
