My Experience
I have been working with children for the past 5years. I have studied level 2 and level 3 in childcare and also worked & gained a lot of experience at the Leeds Montessori Nursery.
I enjoy working with children and ensuring they learn through play and get creative whilst they explore the world around them.
My Qualifications
Hi , I am ofsted registered childminder, I hold a level 2 & level 3 childcare certificate which can be shown on arrival. I'm currently in process of getting my First aid completed & food hygiene course.
I have gained alot of experience working along side with a Ofsted childminder which has been great learning and extending my knowledge in diffrent areas.
I have also worked at leeds Montessori nursery for two years and gained knowledge in the montessori learning through the Montessori equipment which is used to help children to learn through play.

Amriit is a very good sitter, she was taking care of my son for for few weeks. I’m very pleased to tell that my son was very happy. Amriit has a lot of activities and kids love it. I will recommend her with 5 golden stars. She is very nice and kind. Really happy to met her. Thank you, Amriit! x

Amrit is a lovely lady who is very friendly with my daughter who is now 12 years old, and Amrit had been looking after my daughter for many years now. My daughter really enjoys her presence and she enjoys the food Amrit prepares for her, and even she has learned some recipes from her. I would definitely recommend her to any parents who are looking for a childminder.

Amrit is the best childminder you could ever wish for. My 5 years old son loves going there and can't wait when is he going again. Amrit is very passionate about her job, she does lots of activities with kids, she is very educative, my son always learns something new there. She cooks very delicious food, had a takeaway, lol. If I can give, I give her 10 out of 10. She really worth it!

Lovely Lady, very professional and good contact. Looked after my 4yr old daughter before school and dropped her off. Daughter loved her no issues whatsoever

I am very pleased with the work Ms. Armit is great. My son was very secretive and I was afraid about it, but this person has such a golden heart for children that in a moment my child was not afraid and was playing. Thank you very much and whenever I need care I write to Armit and there is no problem. I recommend it with all my heart. All the time in touch sending photos and care about child.

Amrit did childmind to my 3.5 year son very recently just before the summer break. The boy was quite comfortable at the centre and enjoyed the service. I’m fully satisfied for the care that he has got it and made a great progress in the developmental skills such as understanding, interaction, communications, etc.
Amrit is being a professional and well organised with the activities, the boy had a great time with fun and playing all the toys those available. Indeed, she is very friendly and adaptive to meet the children needs. Often, Amrit says “each kid is different”.She did maintain a very good environmental hygiene that made the boy remained healthy, active, and bug free for throughout the days.
Long story in short, I feel Amrit is one fantastic childminder with a load of positive attitude and excellent communication skills on top of her professional excellency in the childminding that eventually helps the preschool children for further development.

I have a 5y old boy, and work long hours I am so glad I found Amrit. I am extremely happy with the care received, my son is happy and well cared while in her care. Different activities everyday to keep kids entertained, she also helps him with his school work writing/reading which is a major help for me after a long day. She also keeps me updated throughout.
I am thoroughly happy with the level of care My son receives and I’m certain that being in such a positive and happy environment is helping him develop into a confident and self assured boy.
I would absolutely recommend Amrit as a great and reliable childminder , she’s also flexible and always willing to help.

I was looking for an emergency child care option given struggled with school closures related to snowfall and school holidays as I was working full time. I had a very positive response from Amrit, and it was reassuring. My 9-year-old daughter had a wonderful time at Amrit with a variety of activities and games. She enjoyed these days even though she was a little shy to go to the new place and quickly adapted. Those days Amrit gave me a mid-day update, and that I felt very helpful. My daughter got excellent care from Amrit.
