Hello! We’re a fun, friendly, and relaxed family living in Buckfastleigh. We have three lovely children aged 12, 10, and 8 who are full of energy, curiosity, and character! They get along really well (most of the time!) and love everything from reading and drawing to cricket and outdoor adventures.
We’re currently looking for a kind, reliable part-time after-school nanny to join our little team. Ideally, someone who can help with school pick-ups, supervise homework, prepare simple meals, and just generally be a warm and supportive presence while we juggle work and family life.
We’d love to find someone who enjoys being around children, has a good sense of humour, and fits in naturally with our home. We’re an easygoing household and really value kindness, good communication, and mutual respect.

We’re looking for a part-time after-school nanny to help out Monday to Friday, for around 3 to 4 hours a day (exact hours can be discussed). The role would involve:
• School pick-ups from St Mary’s in Buckfast and Ashburton
• Supervising homework
• Taking them to after-school activities
• Preparing a light meal/snack
• Helping with a bit of housework if possible
We’d love to find someone who is kind, reliable, and enjoys spending time with children — someone who’s happy to be part of a relaxed, respectful family home.
A few essentials:
• Must be a driver with their own car
• Non-smoker
• Confident, positive, and organised
• Likes being outdoors and active
