My name is Jacqueline Smith. I live in Kimberworth Rotherham. I have 3 children and 3 grandchildren live with my partner and my youngest daughter
I'm a good childminder and have been minding for over 25 years
I have an inadequate inspection against my name Nov 22. on the day I was looking after 3 new children under 3s, the first day Inspector asked for my husbands DBS record, which had been sent to them before we lived together.
Now reinstated as Good
