About Me
My name is Jayne Clare. I live with my partner of 18 years and 15 year old daughter, who goes to West Kirby grammar school. I also have two older children who have now left home. We live in Greasby, on Hall Drive - which is very convenient as it is directly opposite Greasby Infant School and just a short minutes walk away from Greasby Junior school and Our Lady of Pity. I have been a registered childminder since 1989, Initially with social services and currently with Ofsted - 24 years in all. Over the years i have looked after children since they were babies and have watched them grow up, i still keep in touch with the families who i have grown very close to. They love me to tell them about times when they were little,their favourite toys, stories and habits they used to have. I have a close group of friends who are also childminders, we regularly get together with the children and enjoy fun trips out, to places of interest. The children always LOVE the bus journeys we go on! As i don't need to use my car for work as i live so close to the schools. This benefits the children as they get some healthy exercise and fresh air. We go to many places such as: the park, library, local toddler groups, the museum, on the ferry and sometimes the beach if the sun is shining! This year i have a couple of vacancies as i have three people sadly leaving to go to high school, but we will keep in touch, as i have been looking after them for 8-9 years! This will give me the chance to meet some new people, and watch a new generation as they grow up.

My daughter has been going to Jayne for the last 3 years after a personal recommendation. She is fantastic. It's a comfort to know that my daughter is so happy going there each morning...without a backward glance!! She is so flexible and has frequently been readily available for extra hours that I've needed at short notice. It's nice to see that all the children there just 'fit in' . Would not hesitate to recommend Jayne to anybody needing a childminder and would never use anybody else.

Jayne clare has looked after all three of my children ages 1,5 and 8. She has been brilliant. and nothing is ever to much trouble.
I would recommend her to anyone looking for a warm ,friendly and homely enviroment for there children to be cared for in. I personally prefer this type of care compared to nurseries Your child gets more one to one interaction. My kids love aunte jayne.
