About Me
My name is Laura Page and I live with my three children, Joshua, Chloe and Charlie and our small dog Milo. I aim to provide a home from home setting and am very flexible in providing child care needs.
I am very aware how hard it can be to leave your children and work very closely in partnership with parents to ensure this is a smooth process.
I am a very bubbly, fun loving person who puts the needs of the children at the centre of everything I do. I work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure a smooth transition into my setting taking onboard all views especially those of the children.
My setting is home from home where I work from my living room with an entire section dedicated to childminding. The children have a vast choice of resources they can select for themselves and we also take part in planned activities to enhance their individual development needs. We spend a lot of time out and about in the community visiting farms, libraries, the historic dockyard and have many parks and fields
I have a GOOD rating with OFSTED which I am very proud of.
My Experience
I have spent my entire career working with children in a nursery setting for 6 years working my way up to deputy manager and then after a break to have my own children I went into childminding in May 2011 and haven't looked back.
Having three children of my own has given me the best insight of all into caring for children. There is no greater responsibility than caring for children and I have learned this through being a mum.

BTEC NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN NURSERY NURSING

EYPDP training completed November 2024

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
My fee's are £5.00 per hour with parents providing main food and nappies. I provide snacks and baby wipes.
I accept tax free childcare payments and provide the government funded places during term time.
