Throughout my childhood I have been surrounded children. My mother was a foster carer throughout my childhood. I have assisted my mother in carrying out the daily caring of the foster children. Following my secondary school years I volunteered at a Day nursery were I helped out with a variety of tasks; cleaning, cooking, feeding and entertaining. I am currently listed a regular babysitter for a family who fosters. This includes overnight sleeps at my home. These babies have been from newborn and some have had neonatal abstinence syndrome.
