*** Currently have limited availability for over 2 year olds *** Hello!, My name is Natalie, I offer a gentle and calm home from home setting for children 0 - 4 years, I live with my husband and my three amazing boys.
I am OFSTED registered (Outstanding) I have achieved childcare Level 3 qualifications, level 3 pediatric first aid and also various other qualifications (please see below) and I'm a PACEY member. I do not drive, so children will have lots of fun experiencing the great outdoors come rain or shine! I am passionate about supporting and nurturing children through their early years whilst following the Early years foundation stage. My passion is to guide children to be the best version of themselves and to have lots of fun making new friends and learning as they go.
My Experience
I have my own 16 year old and my adorable twin boys ,I have always had a houseful of nieces and nephews of various ages during the years which has provided plenty of experience.
Before becoming a childminder, I previously worked at a local nursery which caters for children from 3 months to school age so I am experienced with all age ranges.i currently mind children from under a year to 4 years old.
I have a interest in speech and language and use Makaton in my setting with children of all ages, This has enabled children to communicate together and helped create confidence and strong bonds with others around them.

I cannot recommend Little Ducks enough!! After having a lockdown baby I knew my little one needed some socialising and with starting a new job I needed some more childcare. I was very anxious about sending my child to any sort of childcare as he had only been left with family. Natalie was so helpful when I enquired and answered every question I had and felt so at ease. When visiting her setting, I just instantly knew this was the one for us. We’ve been at little ducks for about 8 weeks now and considering we only do one day a week, my little boy has come on leaps and bounds with his speech and motor skills and so many more things. As a anxious mum Natalie keeps me updated through the day of what they have been up to and little one always comes home so tired from having such a busy day doing so many lovely things. It is such a homely environment and they are constantly doing new and different activities- more than I could ever do at home with him! I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Natalie and will always recommend.

My daughter has been with Little Duck’s for over a year now. She was only 18 months when she first started and I was amazed at how quickly my clingy little girl settled in.
Natalie has such a warm and loving home and has such a special bond with all of the children. My daughter is always coming home with creations that they have made that day with a big smile on her face. It’s such a peace of mind knowing how happy she is and that she is well and truly looked after.
Natalie has been so supportive whilst phasing out her dummy and is currently helping with potty training. I couldn’t recommend Little Duck’s enough. A true gem.
