Ofsted registered Childminder - Rated Good May 2022. My name is Caroline I'm based in Selly Oak.
I have a large area dedicated to the children, where they can access a range of activities and toys. The setting is mostly child led, all activities are based around the children's interests. children have a many learning experiences within the setting, from outdoor play, messy play, stories, mark making, shapes, colours, letters and number play, puzzles, physical activities, dancing and music.
We don't often take adventures outside of the setting we much prefer staying in the setting and garden.
My Experience
I have over 10 years experience working in childcare and been childminding for 7 years
My Qualifications
-Paediatric First Aid
-Food Hygiene & safety in catering
-Special Educational Needs coordinator in early years settings, level 3
-Child Protection and Safeguarding for Designated Safeguarding Lead
-Children and Young People’s workforce Level 3 (diploma)

Our girl has been with her for 4 months so far and she has adjusted brilliantly. Caroline fully prepares wonderful experiences and learning opportunities for the children in her care. She sends us regular pictures and updates and always strives to undertake our wishes.
We find that our daughter can be difficult to handle; however, Caroline uses years worth of knowledge and experience to ensure that her approach is tailored to each child and Harriet has settled in extremely well to say the least.
I would, without hesitation, recommend Rainbow Robbins as the perfect place for any child to be cared for, stimulated and nurtured.

It's such a pleasure to care for Harriet. She is always excited to take part in activities and will add in her own ideas, which inspires not just myself but the other children as well.
Caroline is not only a very professional childminder but also a lovely and caring person who pays attention to details and makes children in her care very happy. Our son is usually shy with others but Caroline made him come out of his shell in no time and he was so happy when we picked him up. I will never hesitate leaving my son with Caroline knowing he is in the best hands. Thank you Caroline!
