My Experience
I’ve been working with children for 18 years. I worked as a nanny looking after children aged 1, 3 and 5 for 5 years. I have previously worked in a Nursery as a Nursery Practitioner for 6 years, until the end of January 2018 working in all areas of the childrens development, linked with EYFS (Early years foundation stage). I worked in a temporary job for 10 months as a nanny and did proxy-parenting while the parents were away with a special needs child. Also, I have worked as a weekend night nanny with twins helping with their sleep routine. For a family, I used to pick up their child from school using their car, cook simple meals for the child and free play activities.
My Qualifications
I am qualified as a Nursery Practitioner with NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care Learning and Development, Food Safety Level 2, Level 2 Award in Safeguarding Children and DBS and Paediatric first aid up to date.
My Availability
I will be available from December. I’m looking for a full time nanny position. I am also free to work on weekends and do babysitting.
