We really struggled to find a local childminder that felt right - either too far during rush hours or not quite the right fit, we started to think maybe we are being too picky in our search criteria, we started to lose hope - then we found Neelu (affectionately now know as Auntie Neelu).
From the very first impression we had a huge gut feeling Neelu was perfect and she hasn’t disappointed! She is AMAZING with our 1 and 3 year old - smart, kind, hygienic and has ample indoor and outdoor space for children to thrive.
Cannot reccomend enough, we have done research and visited a lot of child minders but Neelu is in the very top percentile of child minder and our family literally loves her!

Neelu has been caring for my daughter since I returned back to work, and she has exceeded all expectations. My daughter has become so confident and chatty since starting with Neelu, and she gets so excited when we arrive at Neelu’s house each morning!
It’s hard to trust someone with your child but I would recommend Neelu to everyone!

Neelu has been looking after our son from the age of 3. Being a mum herself, she understands our son's needs and is caring, kind and reliable. Our son has developed so well with her. Neelu provides many outings to local groups, as well as visits to playgrounds, providing a varied and exciting time for the children. We will miss her when he starts primary school. We only wish we knew her earlier for our elder son, who went to a nursery instead.

My son started at Neelu’s setting when he was 9 months and is now 2, he has really excelled and become very independent. Neelu has taught him so much and I’ll always be grateful for the support and care she has given my boy. They attend different groups and do lots of outdoor activities.
