About Me
Hello dear parents. My name is Sviatlana. I am a fully qualified and Ofsted registered childminder living in Wolverhampton. I have been registered through Ofsted since March 2018 and I am very passionate about providing high quality childcare and early years education for children from birth to 8 years old.
From October 2024 I have two spaces available. Also I've just been registered to provide funding places for children aged 9 months old and over.
My setting is the family house with the whole ground floor dedicated to the childminding business. There is a room where your child can have a nap during the day and also a secure, fully enclosed garden available for outside play. I offer a caring, warm and welcoming environment where children can enjoy real-life learning experiences like cooking, gardening and outing to the local parks, farms, libraries and soft play areas. I organise lots of fun and educational activities like singing, dancing, playing piano, doing yoga, playing tennis and help children reach their full potential. I am bilingual (I speak Russian and English) and would be happy to help children develop and learn these two languages. Moreover I offer a wide range of healthy snacks for children that are included in my hourly rate.
My Experience
I am a mother of two wonderful children aged 23 and 13, and I am certain that my experience in bringing them up will help me with my role as a childminder. Also I have worked as a general nurse in a children's hospital for 4 years, so this has not only given me medical experience but also that with the children.

Sveta has been looking after my boys for over two years now. She is amazing with them. Doing various activities with them and bringing out the best in them. Sveta is very understanding providing a home away from home for my boys and my boys look forward to going to her. Sveta's rates are also reasonable thinking about current costs of living.

We've been taking our 2yo for almost half a year now and I must say it was the best decision we could make for our girl. Sveta's place is extremely clean and well put together, very professional and exceeded our expectations considering we've tried couple other places before. Our daughter was very attached to me and just in couple of days she switched to telling me bye bye and taking Sveta by the hand to go play without looking back,I was so anxious about drop-off and they are a breeze with Sveta. She sends me pictures and videos of my child during activities to keep my mind at ease,let's me know how she's doing and if she's eating or playing,she even cooks fresh food for her and tries to help us with my daughter's alimentary issues which is so helpful and admirable. My daughter learned a lot from her and she's always in great mood when I go to pick her up and tries drags me inside to play with Sveta as well she's so keen of her it feels like family. I recommend Sveta with all my heart, she is a calm, loving and full of patience childminder and you can tell she really loves being an educator and a safe place for children, as the word childminder doesn't do her justice. She doesn't just child-minds our child, she educates,guides,protects and love our child and the way our daughter looks at her is the biggest proof we have for this. Thank you Sveta for being part of Anastasia's life.

Sviatlana is adored by my children; she is so kind and caring. She takes pride in her work and takes the time to prepare for the children she cares for. Her home is clean and welcoming.
I previously had a bad experience so I was nervous about needing childcare again. Sviatlana was amazing!!! She was everything I needed and more. She has such a calm manner and my children were so happy with her. The complicated dietary needs of my children were met.

Sveta has cared our daughter a few days a week with flexible hours which was very helpful for us. She enjoyed staying at Sveta's, a day before keep saying about going there and see her friends as well. There's a real family atmosphere about the house- spending time together, playing,eating and having fun. Sveta provides activity indoor and outdoor,there is also food and drinks included which is good for learning dining the same meals with other kids. Sveta is an extremely committed professional, always giving children her full attention during sessions. She also always inform about child progress and concern if there is any,so that helps parents to work with child at home.Overall, a really impressive childminder,the best we have had so far,highly recommended:)

She is an amazing person and childminder. She provides a healthy meals and always makes sure my son is eaten! Sveta always keeps us up to date throughout with what he was doing. My boy loves her 🥰❤️

As a parent I can say , sveta is so lovely and amazing person. She care about my daughter 1.5 years from walk learn to potty tranning. I was so happy and feel calmer when my daughters was with Sveta, always safe,a lots of activities, good food, clean house and garden. My daughter said " I am going to my Sveta". I will keep Sveta as my baby childminder as is possible.

Swetlana is more than amazing.As a parent i am apprehensive about my son's care and I am always relieved when my son is with her.She always keeps me updated, will send lots of photos and videos.Provide healthy food,my son loves to be with her.She seems to do a lot of activities with kids indoor or outdoor.Overall,I can not complain a single bit about her,absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend her.

I can not recommend Mrs S enough. She is amazing and my children (4&1) love her and are so happy to be in her care. Fills my sons days with loads of activities, he is spoilt with toys and books and she really goes above and beyond. By far the best childcare provider I have encountered and I did a lot of searching, I will keep my children with her as long as she will have them.
