My Experience

Childcare is very demanding job that requires trust,patience and flexibility. That said, not many of us can do this job but those of us that do it’s very rewarding.

Previously I was an Early Years Manager for the past 10 years. I started off working as an Early Years Educator in different nursery settings. I have experience planning different activities including arts and craft activity, baking and sensory play. I find different approaches to teach children. I have various learning styles to help children learn, grow and develop.

First family (G3 Years B 2 Years)
I would first pick up the youngest from nursery and then pick up the eldest from her after school club. We would then go to the local playground. I would prepare dinner for both children and plate the dinner for them. After dinner we would have imaginative play and girl loves dressing up so she will dress up as Elsa! The boy would often join us and I would get him to engage. He enjoyed playing with dinosaur and would often role play with that too! Then I would bath both of the children read them a book and put them to sleep.
