Poor care given.
My daughter was new to the setting and settled well, for my daughter to come home after only a month with a PAN BURN and for this childminder not to be there to even give me a hand over or notify me that my daughter had been hurt; even though she came into my place of work multiple times that day WITHOUT my daughter. the next day I had to take my child to the hospital as it needed to be cleaned properly and it was confirmed it was a pan burn; when confronting the childminder i was told they was cooking pancakes that day. my daughter was with 2 other people who are not registered with ofsted through out the day. I have also found it difficult to verify the registration number online, I have now reported to ofsted and social services.

Hello I am sorry you had to leave this review, it was confirmed by me and my assistant that this incident did not happen at my setting your dauhter left with no marks on her. I come into your work place alone while my assistant was in the car with the children.Yes we had pancakes this day but again your daughter was with my assistant while i was cooking. Everyone in the household are ofsted registered and DBS checked. My osted certificate can be found on my notice board by my front door. Ofsted have been in contact and there is no further action required.
