About Me
A qualified science teacher with 20 plus years experience of teaching Science up to A-level. I currently work at a private school and have been at this school for 13 years.
I am very clued up on curriculum and exam board requirements. I attend regular training on the latest tools and research to help students work beyond their current expectations.
My Experience
Experienced teacher and tutor of 20 years. I have worked in a variety of schools; state, selective and private schools. I am qualified to teach science to GCSE and biology to A level. I have taught a range of pupils with regards to their ability and learning styles. I am able to quickly assess what topics or skills a pupil needs to improve upon. I can also advise on what schools should be providing to support your child. I just had a pupil whom after one session I identified as having slow processing. She went to her school and followed my advice upon which she received extra time in her A level examinations; this alone increased her grade attainment by one to two grades.
I work with the pupil and their parents/guardians to ensure the pupil get the best out of each session.

My Availability
Availability will be fixed on a weekly or fortnightly basis - whatever suits your child's needs. I can be quite flexible depending on if I am to travel to you or you to me.
