Early Years Practitioner Looking For Part Time Nannying Work

My Experience

I am currently working at a nursery and am a qualified Early Years Practitioner. I have to give 1 month's notice, so I'm available to start from the end of August. I am leaving my job as I will soon be studying part time. I have also had many years of babysitting and English teaching (ESOL) experience with children from 6 -month- old babies to 11 -year- old children.
I am willing to help out with homework, and I like to try to give structure to a child's day, for instance, providing a snack, then doing some homework, going out to play in a park or going for a nature walk if the weather is good, playing a game, baking or making music if the weather is inclement. In addition, I can cook simple meals, provided the parents give instructions about what the children prefer to eat, any allergies and how they like their food.
Finally, I am happy to stay with children giving them a bath, story reading, and putting them to bed if babysitting. If necessary, I can take photos of children engaged in experiences with your Ipad for the purpose of child development records.

My Qualifications

I currrently hold an HNC in Early Childcare and a Pediatric First Aid certificate. Of course, I am happy to meet you and your children, and have a trial morning or afternoon as desired. I realise that it depends on how I get along with your children as to my suitability.

My Availability

For now, I have Friday evening or weekend babysitting availability.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £13.75 per hour (gross)

I would prefer to earn at least £13-14 an hour. Moreover as I don't drive I would prefer it if some travel costs could be covered or the job is near to my home. I live off Leith Walk.
