About Me
I am a mum and wife to two beautiful children aged 18 and 20 . My 18 year old is in her final year at 6th form and my 20 year old is working as a teaching assistant in a secondary school. live in the Knotty Ash area of Liverpool. I previously lived in Old Swan for 19 years which is where my childminding started.
My Experience
I have 20years experience as a childminder and worked for 10 years in a nursery.
My Qualifications
I have a diploma in nursery nursing and am paediatric first aid training as well as safe guarding trained and food hygiene.
My Availability
I have places available for immediate start. Funding for 2,3 and 4 years accepted. I offer a lovely caring fun environment for the children to feel that home from home feeling (which I believe is vital for a young child )and secure outside garden for the children to enjoy. I visit playgroups for the children to mix with children their own age and learn and explore through play. I also offer school drop off and pick ups within the local area. We have regular visits to the local parks and partake in Forest school within the parks and gardens. We often go for days out to the museums and galleries in the half terms, taking a picnic with us. We have lots of fun on a daily basis. We do one structured activity a day. This could range from singing to creative play or any sort of activities we are focusing on that week.

Clare is very professional following all the relevant Early Years Learning protocols to monitors children progress and development. There was a wide variety of toys available and a structured activity forms part of their day which I really liked. Clare also takes the children out and about to local groups etc.
Her house is immaculate and has a dedicated child friendly space for the children to play with a wide variety of toys.
Clare herself is full of energy very friendly bubbly and chatty I felt instantly at ease when I met her.

Clare has a lovely warm welcoming home that is spectacularly clean! She has a lovely caring nature about her that I was able to sense immediately.I was very worried about getting childcare that was flexible and suiting me and my partner's working hours which was one of our main priority! Clare explained her working hours and flexibility very well and in a reassuring manner which made me feel relaxed and also de-stress about finding someone who could meet our family needs. Clare explained how she takes the children to play groups and all the activities she does with the children including gardening which I was excited for my son to be involved in. I'm really excited for my son to start at Clare's childminding and hopefully in the near future my daughter as well

Clare has a beautiful house and garden with a dedicated play room for the kids. She was able to give me the flexibility that I need to go back to work after maternity leave and has calmed my nerves about leaving my Son in someone elses care for the first time. Clare is friendly and easy to chat to. Would definitely recommend!
