As a person I am bubbly, warm and compassionate. Much like a hot chocolate.
I am currently studying for a degree in psychology part-time, and the course is very focussed on child development. I love working with children and young people because big or small, quiet or loud, serious or silly, they are a great energy to be around and I love to be a part of the growth of their mind and character.
My Experience
Professionally, I have over 2 years private nanny experience with 3 different families with children aged between 3 and 14. I currently work in a secondary school.
Personally, I have always been surrounded by young people who look up to me. Since I was in secondary school myself I have babysat (and still do) for my 3 nieces. I also now have a stepdaughter myself for whom I have co-cared for since she was 2 years old, and she is now 6.
My Qualifications
11 GCSEs, 4 A-Levels, and in my third and final year of a psychology degree.
My Availability
I work in a local secondary school so am available after 5pm (taking into consideration travel from the school) during the week and on weekends any time.
