Welcome to our childcare.co.uk profile ! :)
We are two crazy, energetic sisters -Agnes and Andrea. We calling ourselves Pandas- black and white ( representing two completely different personalities) but when we are together we make this "black and white" work just perfectly. Together with little ones we are Little Pandas- all so different, but all loving have fun, explore, be mischievous sometimes, learn about world through real life experiences, and healthy food of course! Pandas loves their food!
Both- Andrea and Agnes we are Ofsted registered Childminders. We have gone through all the needed training to work with little ones, including first aid, safeguarding. We both regularly attending different trainings about children's development and learning. So we can make sure - we do our best for little ones to achieve full potential at Pandas.
We started Childminding in 2018, and we both agree that we absolutely love what we are doing. Our biggest inspiration for activities and and all the fun, is children and their families we look after. Everyone have unique story to tell and we are always thankful for families to choose us to be a part of their child's unique story.
We know it's not easy to find right childcare provider for your child. As a parent we want best for our children and you want to make sure that your child will enjoy their days in setting, that child will feel comfortable with childcare provider, and a parents will be able to leave child with provider without worries or concerns. This special bond is very important - for child, for a parents and for us of course. We always advice to come for a visit, see setting, meet us - question us, talk to us, have a look at what we do. Children with no English knowledge are very welcome. We believe that children are quick learners , with patience and with right approach children adopt language skills easily.
My Experience
Andreas Experiance:
I have been Childminding since 2018 and I have worked abroad as a childminder before.
I have completed different type of courses about children's development, such as - "benefits of nature okay", " Maths in early years", "Supporting children with English as second language", etc.
I have 2 sons of my own :)
I have worked as a first aider and fire warden, and I have experience to give first aid help, not only knowing theory.
On my free time I'm working as Interpreter. I can speak fluently in 3 languages - English, Russian, Latvian.
Up to date safeguarding children and First Aid course completed.
Agnese's Experiance:
Agnes started as a Childminders assistant in 2018 for Andrea and was registered with Ofsted as independent childminder in 2019.
Same as Andrea, Agnes keeps attending different trainings what keeps her up to date about children's development and learning opportunities, such as- "literacy in early years", "supporting vulnerable families", etc.
Agnes holds - " handling food" certificate.
Agnes have 3 daughters herself.

My Availability
We are able to accept children at different hours. We can start as early as 5AM or late as 10PM if needed, we do overnight care too. Due to hours we provide for availablity please contact us.

My daughter was 3 years in a nursery prior coming to Little Pandas Family.... Andrea and Agnes started looking after our daughter since October 2021 and it was truly the best choice I ever made... The house looks very organised and clean.
Our daughter felt so much happier and safe with them. They are so friendly and caring too. They must have amazing cooking skills too as my daughter always comes home very proud of herself showing her reward stickers because she ate all her food.
I am really so grateful for having them taking care of my daughter as when I was facing a difficult time they were so supportive and helpful.
I would definitely recommend them to any parents who need reliable childcare.

Andrea and Agnes are brilliant. My daughter started coming here after a bad experience at her previous nursery. My daughter has come a very long way and her confidence has grown so much since being here. They do amazing activities in the day and are always going out. No day is a boring day ! My daughter feels so safe there and when drop her off i know 100% that she is safe and well looked after. I never worry.
My daughter is buzzing when I pick her up and even thrown a tantrum because she didn't want to leave ! 🤣 they have amazing bonds with all the children and they work with the parents to make sure your child is comfortable at their home.
If I had another child, they would come here definitely!
Words cannot describe how greatful I am to Andrea and Agnes, they are simply... amazing !

A happy, fun and caring place that our toddler gets excited about in the mornings as he knows where he is going. His development has been excellent, and all three ladies ensure his day is fulfilling and fun. He enjoys a varied menu of things to eat each day and enjoys regular trips out to some exciting places. The communication is excellent and the use of social media throughout the day allowing us to see what he's getting up to is a massive plus as well as keeping us informed of any key learning and experiences they have planned... Keep up the great work everyone.

Andrea and Agnes are absolutely brilliant with my son. My 3-year-old has been attending Pandas since April this year and has hit so many milestones with them I couldn't be happier. Previously he attended a busy daycare which was convenient in terms of location, but, given the cost of the daycare, the quality of care my son was getting just didn´t match up to being with childminders. The personal attention he now gets and the home-from-home setting he is now in is such a benefit to his development and wellbeing. The improvement in his moods and behavior improved within just 2 weeks of the change to Pandas.
Andrea and Agnes take the kids to playgrounds and parks, getting a lot of fresh air and exercise. The routine works so well and my son is a well adjusted, happy little boy every time we pick him up.
Andrea and Agnes really do go the extra mile, they make every occasion special and really put a lot of detail and effort in planning activities and outings. The indoor setting is very homey, calm, very clean and organised. The communication is also excellent - with regular updates and pictures, which is such a comfort knowing that my child is safe, well cared for and happy. I highly recommend Andrea and Agnes in light of the excellent job they are continuing to do caring for my son.

Agnes and andrea are the most amazing kind loving and caring people i have ever met.
My son took tk them straight away. Ive had no issues at all!
Kaleb has settled in so well and they made that process sooo easy for him. I get updated all through the day with videos and photos which makes me worry less and mnow that they are do a great job with my son. I could recommend these girls to everyone.

Recently my little daughter started attending Little pandas childcare. Incredibly in 2 weeks she made massive progress , developed so much even started potty training and she absolutely fine in two days (when previous childminder did not want to do it).. Andrea has plenty of activities,provides food that makes my day so easy, always inform me with all they do sending pics and videos, which makes me feel very happy and worried less when my little one isn’t around me . In overall I’ve never had better childcare provider. I’m so pleased Andrea is looking after my little one. Would definitely recommend and I’m very proud of the job she does!!!

Andrea along with her sister has been looking after my 5-year-old son, they have made such a comfortable well routine/happy environment for him, which always leaves him asking for more.
They always come up with such fun activities for the kids to do. My son never stops talking about the time he has spent with them, the food he has eaten and the different daily activities he has done. It’s very clear to see how excited he gets to attend.
During his time, Andrea has also made me and my son very aware of health and safety, and has given me an insight about children's healthy nutritional needs. She is always very engaging by updating me via photos during the day of their daily activities.
Andrea is kind, caring and has been very patient with my very busy working schedule and was able to come up with a well-structured arrangement which works with us both.
I highly recommend her services, I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable, you couldn't get a better childminder.

Fantastic childcare providers, such a lovely and caring environment for children. These ladies go above and beyond to ensure the happiness of the children. My daughter absolutely loves coming here and I am very happy with care provided, everytime she attends she is given lovely healthy food and they ladies cater to her individual needs. I am regularly updated with how my daughter has been during the day and i have a written diary of everyrhing she has done eaten and nappy changes etc... i highly recommend this childcare provider
