My name is Carmen and I am Spanish nanny living in London for almost 8 years. I am currently looking for a full time live in position.
I am a nanny with 4 years of experience looking after children of all ages, from 4 months old to 11 years old. Most of my experience is working with multiple children, so if you are a big family I'm sure I can handle it :)
I consider myself as someone respectful, organized, trustworthy, and kindhearted person.
I love to have fun with children and make them laugh, showing that everything is easy if we focus on the positive things. I believe that is also important to have some boundaries with them and be firm when necessary, showing them kindness and respect.
My Experience
I have been working as a nanny for the last 5 years, looking after children from 4 months to 11 years old. Every experience has been different from the other but all of them have made me learn something new, understanding that every kid has different needs and approaches.
During these years I have had different responsibilities regarding the children or the household but over all I have been responsible of all kids schedules, activities, homework, getting them ready for school, preparing them for bed time, besides taking care of the household, managing the food groceries, planning food menus, doing the laundry, keeping everything nice and tidy, running errands, and most important making sure the kids have fun and are safe!
I enjoy cooking ad care a lot about what I eat and where it comes from. For that, I have had the luck to find families that eat organic food and/or happy to provide me with it.
