About Me
Hi I'm Anne-Marie,
I have started up Little Treasures Childcare as I have a true love for children and want to help them learn and develop into well rounded little people. I have two children of my own Leo who is 10 years old and Isla who is 6, so I have first-hand experience from being a parent myself alongside caring for close friends children over the years.
I live with my Husband Craig who works in the private healthcare sector as a Project Manager and we share our home with our cat Luna. We moved to Billingshurst 8 years ago having come from local villages of Cranleigh and Newdigate. We love living in a small village and engaging in local activities and supporting other small businesses.
I have become a home-based childminder, so I can be there to watch my own children develop and be able to help other parents feel happy and content about leaving their children in someone else’s care whilst they go to work or even just need a few hours to themselves. Having used a local childminder myself for Leo I can appreciate what parents are looking for and expect from the carer of their child and the fun things that can be used to help them develop and grow.
My goal is for the child to feel welcome, safe and ultimately loved in my care, their well-being and safety is my primary responsibility. I offer a home from home set up, where each child will be treated as if my own. They will get one on one care with access to a wide range of play activities inside and outside. I will take trips out to play groups, the library, music groups, soft play centres and play parks.

I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) together with their framework.
I am a member of the professional organisation of PACEY (Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years)
Paedeatric first aid course (Jan 2022)

Mon- Friday 8am-6pm (birth to 5 years of age)
