About Me
I am a third-year university student looking for a role as a part time nanny until September when I plan to begin teacher training to teach history at secondary or higher education levels.
My Experience
I have extensive experience with children in both professional and relaxed settings. I peviously worked as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a primary school, supporting children aged 9-11. My experience with children in relaxed and informal settings is proven in my personal home experience where I am the eldest child and have therefore provided years of childcare for my younger siblings and cousins. I am very reliable and punctual, I hold a full driving license and have my own car. I enjoy partaking in activities with children such as drawing, playing games, going to the park and playing sports. I believe it's important for children to develop their knowledge and skills away from a screen so I enjoy doing physical skill building. As I plan to qualify as a teacher, I am more than happy to provide homework help or tutoring.
My Qualifications
I am currently completing a Bachelor's Degree in History at the University of Kent. My qualifications include three NVQ Level 3 diplomas in hospitality management, applied science, and most recently, supporting teaching and learning. I also have thirteen GCSEs at A*-C grade.
My Availability
My availability is primarily Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays however I am able to be flexible with occasional weekends.
