About Me

Hello. My name is Gillian Vinall. I live in Chandlers Ford with my three young girls. I aim to provide a warm, welcoming, stimulating and exciting environment, build positive relationships with the children in my care and make sure that their individual needs are met so that they can reach their full potential.

My Experience

My OFSTED registration number is EY331288 and I have been a Registered Childminder since 2006. To maintain my OFSTED registration I am registered to look after no more that 5 children under 8 years, not more than 3 may be under 5 years; and of these not more that 1 may be under 1 year at any one time. My last OFSTED inspection was August 2009 for which I received an Outstanding grading.

My Qualifications

I have completed the following courses:

'Introduction to Childminding Practice' - 2005
NVQ3 Childcare, Learning and Development - March 2008.

I have an up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certificate. In addition, I regularly undertake a variety of training days as organised by the NCMA and other childcare units.

I am a NCMA Network Childminder and I am accredited as an Early Years Education (EYE) provider.
