About Me
Ofsted registered, DBS clear, qualified Early Years Educators, Paediatric first aid trained with excellent skills and experience in looking after children.
We are a team of Practitioners and are delighted to offer our services within a well equipped home setting.
Our aim is to provide preschool education to facilitate optimum development of a child’s full potential and provide rich experiences through play and activities indoors and outdoors.
We provide a programme of play based activities and have rooms full of resources that stimulate and develop children’s minds.
Working in partnership with parents is of great importance to us as this has a positive impact on a child’s learning & development outcomes.
Our secure garden has a patio area for children to use ride-on toys, play with sand and water, we have a play house kitchen, outdoor mud kitchen and construction toys.
We encourage plenty of outdoor activities with Worthington park to explore with its fenced play area.
We sometimes venture through Priory woods to Sale water park to feed the wild birds at the Marina.
Meals are provided using quality fresh ingredients and home cooked by our resident chef or you are welcome to provide a packed lunch for your child.
We pride ourselves on providing quality childcare within an equal opportunities positive environment where you can feel comfortable leaving your child and reassured that they are safe and well looked after.

My little boy has been going to this nursery and he absolutely loves it I highly recommend Michelle and the team they all have smiles at all times and respect you and others my little boy with miss you all Thankyou for everything.

Can not recommend Michelle and team highly enough. We have been impressed by the wonderful environment the team at PlayAway have created for ages.
Our son has just flourish here, made great friends, learnt so much and is now ready for school. All thanks to Michelle and Team.

My son really enjoys going to you for care. It's wonderful to see him happy and comfortable in your care. With the help of daycare services, my son is not only unafraid to play with foreigners but can also speak some English Vocabularies.Thank you for creating such a positive environment for him although I eventually cannot claim for the 15hrs free childcare, it is worthy🙂

My daughter was attending for some time before entering school and I have to say I was impressed by the care and attention that Michelle and the staff had given us and the children. The environment is safe and happy and my daughter absolutely loved going. They have a kind open and honest policy that fits with our family. They have fun educational activities that have helped my daughter immensely with the start of her school days. I would very much recommend it to family and friends.

I love my son going here, Michelle and the team are really exceptional, when dropping off and picking up they communicate with us so well we really feel like they listen to us and feedback in a way that makes us and our child feel valued.
I feel like my son has made such good progress with learning as well as his diet and we are so glad we made the choice for him to come here because we know he will continue to do so, we really appreciate you all and thank you for everything.

My son started here a few weeks ago, the staff are really friendly it’s clear they have a genuine bond with the children! Jesiah has already progressed within himself since being at PlayAway childcare. Very confident in Michelle and the girls knowing that they properly care for the children that attend her childcare. The nursery is small so each child gets plenty attention and one on one time with staff- exactly what I was looking for 😁

My child used to attend part time and only one month ago started full time.It was then that we we realised that this lady is not providing a good service as we could see the difference in our child when she was coming back home.The childminder did not take my opinion on my childs schedule, she did not share that with her team and she never admitted anything,instead she said I am demanding and argumentative like we are talking about business and not my child!!!When I complained she said there is nothing in the camera she keeps in her doorstep.Her daughter who is also helping her, mentioned to me personally that her mother has a lot in her mind at the moment but this is not an excuse in order to leave me child with wet nappy all day.My daughter was potty trained from us during summer and when we went back to the childminder after holidays and started full time, seems like she was never taken to toilet there, so we put her back to nappy unfortunately.Also she never takes children out as described in her contract.She seems nice but I wouldn't trust her, that is why I preferred not even to give notice but just remove my child straight away and pay the notice.Honestly if you love your child pay someone else a bit more and let them treat you and your child with love and respect.This childminder cares only about money

This is a FAKE review from Eleni who recently left our setting unexpectedly to live abroad.
Please be careful if she approaches you for childcare as she is clearly unstable and a dishonest person.
We have video evidence that the above mentioned did not take place which upset her plan.
Previously they gave us a lovely review 6 months ago as you can see, she was very happy with us but because I’ve asked them to honour their contractual agreement they decided to write this FAKE review today.
My child has been very happy since day one here. She enjoys going everyday. Her language has come on leaps and she settled in really well.

Our son has been with Playaway for around 7 months and absolutely loves it! Michelle and her amazing team have supported him in developing into a confident, playful and chatty little boy. They engage the children in a range of fantastic activities and I can see the evidence of this in our sons curiosity and enjoyment of exploring and playing with new things.
The care and attention provided is a huge comfort to myself and partner as we know he is in the perfect setting and receiving the best possible start to his early years in childcare.
Playaway is beautifully clean and Michelle is professional and punctual in her communication.
I can’t imagine him being anywhere else and we look forward to see him continue developing in their care.

Michelle, Laila, Jordan and their team have given great love and care to my daughter Lily. She started at Play Away when she was only close to a year old. I was very worried and anxious at the beginning as Lily was taking time to settle. But, Michelle was very patient and constantly reassured me that Lily will settle which she did :) Lily loves going to Play Away every day. She has learnt many rhymes , dance moves :) and can count to 20 and has learnt all the alphabets by the time she turned three. The credit goes to Play Away...Lily is going to miss playaway.
