My Experience

My current role is an Assistant Centre Director in an Early Years Setting.
I dedicate myself to creating a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and loved. My approach to care is centred on kindness and empathy, ensuring that each child receives the individual attention and support they need. I take pride in fostering a sense of security and belonging, which allows the children to thrive both emotionally and developmentally.

My approach to behaviour management is rooted in compassion. I use gentle guidance and positive reinforcement to help children understand and manage their emotions and behaviours. By being kind and patient, I create an environment where children feel comfortable expressing themselves and learning from their experiences, which helps them develop strong emotional resilience and social skills.

My Availability

I am looking for a full time Nannying Role 35-40 hours a week. I am also available for Evening babysitting after 6pm and Weekends evenings/day times.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
• Nannying from £16.50 per hour (net)
