I have several years of childcare experience ranging from 2-10 year olds. I am an experienced and qualified Early Years practitioner who is looking for a hands on job. I’m a fully independent and bubbly individual and I believe in practicing child centred nurturing environment for children to develop to their full potential. I’m highly skilled in observing behaviours and can use different strategies to solve challenging situations. I’m aware on how to deal with emergency situations and have experience working with children with additional needs. Can also provide school drop offs and pickups locally and can be flexible.
