Samera takes care of my son about 3 times a week and in that time she does look after my son well. My son has to have medication due to his ADHD/ODD diagnosis which Samera always does on the times i give her.
Most of the time my son is given homemade meals and also is taken out to the park etc.
My son loves going to Samera and he wouldn't want anyone else.

Thank you for writing an honest review Vicky as we both know the one you have wrote below is not true and not accurate. I appreciate you taking your time out and correcting your mistake. I understand you were not able to delete the review and that is fine. If you do have any issues please message me and we can speak about them. I have enjoyed looking after your son for the past year and there hasn't been any issues. If you need me to look after him in the future please feel free to contact me.
Samera takes money off u before she has done the job. She charges petrol money aswell to pick up your kids and drop them off. Also if you have her to look after your kids overnight she charges all through the night so 1 night costs over £100! Also if you want Samera to take your kids out she will charge for her aswell as your kids. Also please don't let your kids have a shower or bath at her house because Samera charges you for water! When she wants to lie down aswell she goes upstairs to lie down even though samera is meant to be looking after your kids. Also samera argues with her husband in front of kids which is not professional. This so called childminder is not to be trusted and you should never hire her!

For anyone reading this review, non of the above is true. I have proof of everything. To remain professional I will not say too much, but please check out the other review Victoria had left me which is the complete opposite to this one. I have never received a bad review and have messages off Victoria that contradict what she has wrote on here.
Sumera has been a Godsend. She is super nice and very good with kids. It was an easy transition with her in a difficult time.

She help me pick up my 2 kid after school, very lovely lady. My kids are happy go to her house, she have many toy for them to play also help me teach them to read book. I’m highly recommend.

My son he is 3 years old and It was first experience for me apart to nursery I was actually afraid that he will cry or not feel comfortable but I was wrong he was very happy. While I was there to pick him he want to give her lots of kisses and that's mean he was ok .definitely I will recommend her she is really friendly with a good heart bless her .thank you so much for looking after my child .

Samera is professional childminder, she is able to provide me with regular updates on the children, communicate and fulfil all their needs. She very caring and gentle with the children, my three children really loved being with her and kept asking to go back. Il be continuing with Samera as a regular childminder when needed.

Best nanny for my son
Samera is the best nanny I could have. She is so supportive friendly and knows what to do in a difficult situation with the kids.i left my son in her care and she take good care of my son she always send me pictures and am pleased with that she took him for ride and my son was so happy 😊 and they lot of fun they sing song plays around. Am so happy and comfortable anytime my son is with her.she is the best nanny ever and I will truly recommend her because she is doing a great job thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Samera is the best nanny I could have.She is very supportive, friendly, and knows what to do in a difficult situation with the kids. I was abroad for a few days and I left my kids in care with their dad and Samera, because it was my first time when I left them, I was a little nervous. Samera keeps me calm by suggesting doing a whaup group where she can send picture, videos and keeps us in touch with everything they do. My kids felt very good and comfortable with her. Every morning she dresses them, drive to the nursery, pickup from the nursery, feeding them, plays and doing different activities until my husband came home. She is the best nanny you could have, and I will truly recommend her, because she is doing a great job.

I found Samera on childcare and was amazed by her profile. Once interviewing her, I appointed her as our nanny for our son, with an employment contract (including housekeeping) on 19/2/2019 until 05/6/2019. Samera worked full time with us and i felt at ease leaving our son in her care. She is a trustworthy person and very kind-hearted. Her job was to get our son ready in the mornings, assist him with having breakfast and then drop him off to school using the car we provided for her. She was then to come back and do housekeeping (vacuuming, washing pots, putting the washing machine on, cleaning our sons' bedroom and toys) as well as cooking healthy food for dinner. Samera would then go and collect him from school, assist him with his dinner and take him to his Gymnastics sessions at Springwood Leisure Centre and his swimming sessions at Choices Health Club on the allocated days.
We never had any issues with Samera as she worked very well with us and our son. Throughout the day she would keep us up to date and would send photos / videos of him in the group chat we made. Unfortunately, we had to terminate Samera's employment due to moving away but we have missed her dearly.
100% recommend to any parents out there looking for a nanny. You won't be disappointed.

Samera is fantastic with my son he loved her and her husband when they looked after him one night. She was very professional she brought along her certificates to show me and on the night she kept sending pictures and videos of what my son was doing. My son loved being looked after by Samera and her husband. I would highly recommend her.

Samera started with our family and my children adapted to her very well, as she is loving, caring and very interactive with my children. Samera was a part of our family and we all loved her company and miss her greatly. I would recommend Samera if you're looking for childcare/nanny.
