I’m not one to gatekeep—Carolina is an absolute hidden gem! Carolina is an absolutely amazing childminder! She provided a warm, loving, and caring environment where my son, Devon, thrived. From day one, she made us feel welcome and ensured Devon felt safe and happy in her care. Her dedication to early years education (EYFS) was outstanding—Devon learned so much through play, structured activities, and her nurturing guidance both outdoor and indoors.
One of the things we loved most was how Carolina made every day an adventure! She took Devon on wonderful trips, including playgroups, museums, the park, and even past Bob Marley's blue plaque in celebration of Black History Month —which I absolutely loved! These experiences enriched Devon’s learning and gave him so many happy memories.
At home, Carolina created a warm and engaging space filled with fun activities like baking, messy play, and reading. She also made sure Devon enjoyed lovely, hearty lunches. What really touched me was how she made an effort to wait for Devon to arrive so they could have breakfast together, making him feel extra special and included.
Even my eldest daughter wishes she could go to Carolina! She has a way of making every child feel special, safe, and happy. .
Communication was excellent; Carolina always kept us updated on Devon’s progress, daily activities, and any milestones he reached. Knowing he was in such capable and kind hands gave me complete peace of mind.
I couldn’t have asked for a better childminder. Devon absolutely loved his time with Carolina, and we are so grateful for the love and care she provided. Highly recommend!

Our family was in holiday from the US and was in need of a nanny for 6 hours on a weekend. Carolina responded quickly and positively to our first request that she was available.
It is frightening to leave your child in a foreign country with a stranger for any period of time, after meeting Carolina and her family, we felt an instant connection. They were the kindest, warmest family anyone could have asked for.
Carol watched our 7 year old daughter and my daughter never wanted to leave. She made her a delicious meal, made play-doh and arts and crafts and made my daughter feel very special. Our daughter asked if she could go over again the next day!
This was the ultimate 5 star experience. The care for our child was fantastic and the warmth of Carol was unbelievable. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Carolina looked after my son River for 5 weeks over the Summer in 2023. He was in such safe hands and thrived. Carolina pays close attention and also puts in a lot of planning work in making different kinds of activities and outings for the children, all with prior approval of course. Carolina went above and beyond my expectations of a childminder: buying a book in Spanish that she knew River would enjoy, cooking his favourite foods, or taking him to Chelsea fire station. I cannot recommend Carolina highly enough, so glad we found her!

When I urgently needed a babysitter for my little girl, who was just 4 months old at that time, I was so lucky to find Carolina. She is a fantastic nanny, very professional and well organised. She brilliantly looked after my daughter for over a month, and my baby liked her from the start. Carolina always made her occupied with both - indoor and outdoor activities. A cozy nursery in her house looks like a flamboyant little kingdom full of games, books, musical instruments and toys of different kind. My little one always had a great time with her - reading, singing, watching cartoons, visiting local playgroups, sunbathing in the park and much more.
Carolina genuinely loves children. Being a wonderful mum to three beautiful children of her own she knows exactly what to expect and how to deal with any situation accordingly to children’s age. My baby was always happy around her, and she also gave me plenty of useful advices. Sending reports containing detailed info about child’s eating, sleeping, playing activities, supported by fabulous pictures made during the day, is a standard practice in Carolina’s work.
If you are looking for someone experienced and reliable I would highly recommend Carolina as a nanny whom you can entrust your child without any hesitation. Hopefully she will stay with us for a long time.

Caroline was absolutely fantastic. It was our first time using the service and so we were naturally a little apprehensive. Could not have been better. Caroline is very friendly, kind, prompt, professional and accommodating all the things you need from a babysitter. I will definitely use her service again ! Highly recommend her !

Carol has been assisting me to look after my 2 children for past 2 months. She drop off my kids to school every morning, sometimes pick them up from school when I am busy at work. Carol is a caring, patient and experienced professional nanny and child-minder, my children love her very much. recommend to everyone!

Carolina has been a nanny to our daughter since she was around 1 until very recently when we have sadly decided to leave London. She is the most thoughtful and caring person with the most amazing sense of warmth and safety. She was with my family every few days, giving my daughter dinner, putting her to bed, taking her to nursery and always taking her on fun excursions or coming up with fun games.
Highly recommend Carolina, such a lovely woman with a big heart, my daughter will miss her terribly.
